About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Mornafolk website or order from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
We don't run an online checkout. Every order starts as a conversation:
- You send an enquiry through our contact form or by email.
- We reply to confirm stock, colours and price, and email you an order link.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we've sent a confirmation.
Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything.
Breakfast sets
The total shown in our set builder is an estimate. The 10% saving applies to sets of three or more pieces ordered together, and we'll confirm the final price by email.
Handmade pieces
Our pieces are glazed, painted, woven and carved by hand, so small variations in colour, pattern and shape are natural and part of their charm.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Pieces are made in small batches, so availability is only guaranteed once your order is confirmed.
Returns and exchanges
Please see Shipping & Returns. We'll explain the options for your specific order when we confirm it.
Our content
Mornafolk designs, logos and text belong to Mornafolk. Photography is used under the Unsplash licence. Content may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
Changes to these terms
